We are seeking a high-level Data Solution Designer to join a major banking client in Sydney. This is a strategic role focused on the "big picture"—you won’t be hands-on with the tools, but you will be the architect of the integration strategy.

The Mission

You will act as the critical link between Finance Stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Your job is to design end-to-end data integration solutions that ensure our finance systems are robust, compliant, and scalable.

What You’ll Do

• Solution Architecture: Design complex data integration patterns (ETL, Big Data, Cloud) specifically for Finance ecosystems.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Translate high-level finance requirements into technical blueprints.

• Governance: Ensure all designs meet the rigorous security and regulatory standards of the banking sector.

The Essentials

• Finance Systems: Experience with financial systems (like TM1, Anaplan, Oracle Financial etc.) is a must.

• Data Expertise: Across-the-board knowledge of ETL, Big Data, and integration patterns.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to translate finance business needs into technical blueprints.

• Strategic Design: You focus on the "how" and "why," guiding the solution without being the one to build it.
